Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach by IHG

Property is well kept it is right on the beach. as a restaurant and bar on premises and about 150 feet walking distance to Aloha restaurant next-door which is very nice. Also, location is close by many other restaurants shopping and just a few minutes to enter a harbor. Our first room had a problem with some of the electrical outlets so they upgraded us to a suite which was exceptional. I wear a CPAP so it is critical for me to have working outlets next to the bed. They also called us practice for the five days that we were there for the inconvenience of having to move rooms at midnight.

Great location. Great entertainment. Staff friendly. Very fun. We were there for a festival and it was awesome. Not our first time.

We stayed here so we would be near Ojai and could visit our friends. We LOVED staying here. This hotel is right on the beach, so we could walk the pier, grab some happy hour food and drinks, and then walk across to the downtown area for a nice dinner. The hotel also has a lobby bar, where we enjoyed chocolate martinis by the outdoor fire and listened to the waves crash. We enjoyed meeting some of the hotel guests, as well. There's a great breakfast spot called Moofish we really enjoyed, too. GREAT strong coffee. They had a pumpkin muffin that was to die for! You can stroll along the ocean and watch the surfers. We paid for parking next door in the garage, which was $18/night, which you'll pay at the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again!

I love the location. They have great coffee and it's available in the lobby every morning. Later it is switched out for ice water. I appreciate being able to fill my water bottle one the way out for the day. We always use the Valet parking. Matt is awesome. Always greets us with a smile and asks how we're doing.
